Intuidy · Spark Coworking KC · Kansas City
Thursday, October 29th. A night for Kansas City. Builders, yes. Also the people who move this town. Wear the shirt. Ask the forum. Tell your people.
The forum. The leave-behind is live: a public forum that answers questions about the platform, posts the news of the day, and flags anything a human should correct. Open the forum →
The creative core is real: venue walked, agenda drafted, brand direction chosen, community support in hand. Space, chairs, and AV are free.
Done: Spark walkthrough and space inspection. In flight: event code, strategy, agenda, venue update, partnerships, branding, promotion, panel. Waiting: food and beverage, expo, post event, remarks. Backlog: AV and technical production, which the agenda cannot run without.
Everything on this page serves that sentence, so decisions stay easy.
They wear the merch.
They take the challenge: if you got something out of today, tell the rooms you belong to about Intuidy.
Intuidy walks away positioned as the hub Kansas City comes to for advice, with partner orgs actively engaged.
Measure it: RSVPs vs attendance, breakout participation, partner orgs in the room, and post-event signals (follow-up replies, new community joins, inbound collabs).
What still has to get done. Check items off as they land.
Thursday, October 29th. Tightened with transitions.
| Time | Segment | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 4:00 | Load-in and setup | Four areas: check-in (2 staff), swag (1), drinks (1), food (1). Chairs set per the walkthrough plan. |
| 4:40 | Sound check and team huddle | AV up: mics, playlist tested, carousel looping on screens, numbers 1 to 5 ready at check-in |
| 5:00 | Doors | Flow: check-in, get your number, swag, drinks. Every attendee leaves check-in wearing or holding a Let's Build It tee. |
| 5:30 | Team intros and opening | Rehearsed, not scripted. Closes with the challenge: got value tonight? Tell the rooms you belong to about Intuidy. |
| 5:45 | Panel introduced | Host frames the night and brings up the panel. |
| 5:50 | Panel | How we build, how each panelist became a builder, where this goes next. Steer to the harness question and the digital twin story. |
| 6:30 | Breakouts by number | Five groups of about 20, each with a facilitator holding a numbered sign. Builders share problems, the team advises. |
| 7:30 | Networking, food, music | Food spread and dessert out, playlist up, expo tables and product carousel active, capture owner working the room |
| 9:00 | Close | Thanks the room and restates the challenge |
| 9:15 | Teardown | Leave Spark better than you found it. |
Staffing math: 5 station staff at doors, converting to 5 breakout facilitators at 6:30, plus a host. Minimum team of 7.
Venue, chairs, and AV cost nothing, so the spend concentrates on what attendees take home: the shirt, the food, and the film.
| Line | Cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Spark Coworking space | $0 | Free |
| Chairs | $0 | Free with the space |
| AV equipment | $0 | Brought in-house; live test at Spark before show week |
| T-shirts: 100 | $1,000 | Black tee, white ink. LET'S BUILD IT line on the front, full Intuidy logo on the back. |
| Event production | $2,500 | Estimated 50 hours of work. |
| Food spread and dessert for 100 | $1,000 | Cap for the spread; dessert lands with the 7:30 block |
| Soft drinks and NA seltzer | $300 | No alcohol, decided |
| Signage, print, name tags, numbers | $300 | |
| Shooting and editing footage | $500 | Turn the night into something we can send |
| Contingency | $500 | Padding for whatever the room throws at you |
| Total | $6,100 |
Music runs as a playlist over in-house AV. Partner sponsorships can still offset any line: the food spread, the drink station, or the shirt run can each carry a presented-by credit.
A strong call to action. It takes Nike’s famous line and makes it a builder’s. The Intuidy mark is the period — eight slices, an Easter egg at the end of the line. Black and white only.
Anton, eight-degree slant, black and white only. The mark is the period on the event line. Shirt: that line on the front, the full Intuidy logo in white on the back. No creed. Never a second color, never one word treated apart from the rest.
Print files: line, white on blackline, black on whiteline, white inkline, black inkstackedboard
Locked. Black tee, white ink. Front is the approved Let's Build It line. Back is the full Intuidy logo, all white. No creed. No date.

Print-ready: front line, white ink · back logo, white ink.
This is the event page. Lift it onto intuidy.com. Dark hero, this lockup, no second color. Hold the printed date until Austin confirms October 29 in writing. If the page has to go up before that, use the date-pending hero below.
